The message of Jesus and the cross!

The message of Jesus and the cross!

The fact that Jesus was on a cross, makes it clear that this had to be for an extraordinary purpose! A message above all others, in highlighted emphasis from Genesis to Revelation, is the enlightenment of the message of Jesus and the cross, a Savior and Messiah needed, coming, arriving, and finishing what was needed for the importance of life past this lifetime!

People can teach and preach all over the Bible. But when they are not prioritizing and even ‘consistently’ skipping over JESUS AND LIFE – why even get out of bed in the morning – we would be dead and our loved ones and friends would be dead, and eternally dead, without the message of Jesus and the cross – for life unto Glory!

If not for Jesus and the cross, no one would enter into God’s Kingdom! The message of Jesus and the cross is a priority of the Father, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and God’s Word! JESUS HUNG ON A CROSS! No one, who lived before or after Jesus on the cross, makes it to Heaven without God’s power through the sacrifice and blood of Jesus at the cross!

The purpose of Jesus on the cross was both the sacrifice and blood of Jesus as instrumental for salvation.
The blood of Jesus is understood as paying the debt, ransom, and payment for sin – while the sacrifice of Jesus Himself is the complete act of redemption satisfying God’s judgment for reconciliation and restoration of an eternal life and relationship – allowing the role of the sinner to confess faith in Jesus and repent their sins for eternal life – in the power and forgiveness of God! Faith and the repentance of sin are intertwined as one – as true faith has respect and accountability to the supreme Sovereign authority that is Almighty God!

Jesus, Jesus on a cross, and Jesus’ blood shed for sin, IS NOT MOCKED AS NOT ENOUGH! No human pride and envy steals from Jesus, His blood, and His Glory – no one has the slightest contribution from their human effort to get to Heaven! A Christian’s love for Jesus can become pained hearing human arrogance suggesting that they are working their way to Heaven – thinking that they will glorify themselves and steal from Jesus and God’s Glory! Jesus did not come up short on the cross! Life past this lifetime, salvation, is 100% a gift from love’s grace and mercy giving all Glory to God, in the magnitude of the sacrifice of Jesus and His blood shed on a cross! “Salvation is mine,” God declares!

God promised eternal life, but God’s children sin, which causes a debt and separation from God. Three roles were then needed to restore eternal life. Our Father’s Holy love and wisdom offered His own Son Jesus for a sacrifice and His blood paying the debt of sin for His role to restore eternal life. The role of the Holy Spirit testifies ‘truth’ within someone for the ability to have faith – that Jesus is God, the Son of God, the Savior, and Messiah! Through God’s Holy power – the only role remaining for the restoration of eternal life is for a sinner to confess the repentance of sin with faith in Jesus!

The message of Jesus and the cross is an eternal message. This includes with Jesus defeating sin, the enemy, and death – rising, resurrected, ascending, and confessing His redeemed and forgiven children to the Father – unto the Kingdom of Heaven – eternally giving GLORY TO GOD!

Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

Humans then sinned, causing debt and separation from God. 1st John 3:4 Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

But love’s grace and mercy overcame sin at God’s expense! Genesis 3:15 And I (the Father) will put enmity (conflict) between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shall bruise his heel. (some harm would come to Jesus – but sin, death, and Satan would be destroyed). 1st John 3:8 He that commits sin is of the devil; for the devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Sinner on a cross next to Jesus: Luke 23:41-43 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds (repentance): but this man (Jesus) has done nothing amiss. 42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, (faith) remember me when thou comes into thy kingdom. 43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shall thou be with me in paradise.

Jesus, completing the redemptive atonement for sin, is recorded in John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, it is finished: and he bowed his head and gave up the ghost.

1st Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish, foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Luke 13:3 I (Jesus) tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. 1st John 1:7-9 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the Holy forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. Matthew 26:28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:13,14 Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His Dear Son: In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

1st John 5:10 He that believes (faith) on the Son of God has the witness (the Holy Spirit) in himself: he that believes not God has made him a liar; because he believes not the record that God gave of his Son. 1st Corinthians 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Spirit.

Titus 3:7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs through Jesus Christ our Savior. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Psalm 3:8 Salvation belongs unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

Genesis 15:6 And he (Abraham) believed (faith) in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness. John 10:30 I (Jesus) and my Father are one. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:36 He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him. John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Acts 10:43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believes in him shall receive remission of sins. Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shall be saved, and thy house. Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Romans 11:32 For God has concluded them all (Jews and Gentiles) in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I repent all sins, please forgive me. In faith, I embrace you Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Guide me to do your will and glorify you. Amen.

Please forward to anyone needing this message.
