Although God’s children might have varying and real problems and needs, a portion of the population perpetually strives, is unsettled, and in-want. The endurance that Paul statesĀ is needed to run the race that’s set before us in life, dependent on lasting successes by having closeness with everlasting God includes: patience is not being idle, but includes continual development to the purpose as to why God created His children.
Patience in waiting for a specific in one area of life is not reflective to not fully embrace and accelerate the use of all other blessings. Scripture throughout reveals that God’s created purpose to this life and eternal life is in ‘the understanding of the wisdom to receive and conduct God’s wisdom of love.’ All blessings are received from love, and by applying them with God’s wisdom, can be used for love.
Determination with goals, a career, and things of lasting purpose in the growth of selfless Godly love, etc., unhurryied but yet undelayed, includes rejecting being diverted by self-sabotage, things of the past, worldly, other people, or misdirection of energy output while waiting for God’s next blessings.
Scripture reveals that blessings are plentiful; but an appreciative awareness to praise, and the wisdom to apply; are short. Prayers for help from the Holy Word or the Holy Spirit directly, transforms regrets of past mistakes and letdowns to instead being busy…seeking and applying novel wisdom to the blessings of love already present and steadily arriving…for continual newfound joy and purpose to life!
James 1:5,6 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask (pray) of God, that gives to all men (mankind-male/female-Genesis 1:27) liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavers is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
